The pricing takes into account the original cost of the dress and its current condition. 

Any dry-cleaning or repairs required are the responsibility of the customer.

What Happens if I Fall in Love with a Dress that is the Wrong Size?

Depending on the wedding dress in question, and how big or small the sale/off peg dress is, alterations can be done to make a dress fit. Typically, wedding dresses can be reduced by two sizes without affecting the dress structure or integrity, and/or increased by one dress size sometimes can be more.
